Q: What is your Returns Policy?
A: Our Returns policy is easy! If your product is unused and in the same condition that you received it in, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it (this includes wrong size and change of mind) or, if it has developed a defect within 90 days. More information here

Q: How do I return my order?
A: Simply send your product, complete returns form and proof of purchase to:

Q: How do I track my Order?
A: You can track your order by using the tracking information in your Shipping Confirmation email once the item/s have left our store. Or you can contact us on help@ridersoutlet.co.nz


Q: Where is your physical store located, if I want to come and try something on?
A: We’re located at 42/1 Main Road, Kumeu, Auckland. Note that only a small portion of the items on our website are at the shop. Most of the website stock is held offsite in a warehouse.

Q: Do you have a size guide?
A: We sure do! Size Guides can be found in the footer of our site here and also on the Product Detail Pages.

Q: Is your site secure?
A: Our site is safe and secure. You can check this by looking at the certificate validation in the browser and all our pages and links are https. All customer data and payment information is handled securely so you can shop in comfort.

Q: Do you offer Click & Collect?
A: Click & Collect isn’t currently set up on our site.
